Contact our Admissions Department at (843) 820-7764. One of our Rehabilitation Liaisons will respond to perform a pre-admission screening and coordinate transfer to our facility.

Home Evaluation
The hospital provides no cost home screenings for individuals who might benefit from rehabilitation. To facilitate a screening, the individual, a family member or a healthcare professional should call (843) 820-7764 to request a home evaluation. A liaison will visit the individual's home, complete the screening and make appropriate recommendations.

Insurance
Rehabilitation is covered in full or part by most health insurance plans, including Medicare. The hospital has contracts with most major insurance companies and is willing to negotiate with other companies as needed.
